Missing lots of pieces.

Comes with everything shown: complete minifigures, manuals, box, bus, and top part of the pizza restaurant.

Missing bike shop and the bottom part of the pizza restaurant.

Some of the pieces don't have stickers that should.

A little dusty from display.

Otherwise no breakage or damage to the  bricks.
Will come partially disassembled for safe shipping.
