These stamps are used, hinged, and taken from envelops they were originally stuck on 55-65 years ago, therefore there are some imperfections and they still have the paper from the envelops stuck on the back.  The price is per lot of 26 stamps.  The stamps will be placed in a small envelop and then placed in a larger padded envelop for mailing.
