The bag has the stand, and dual straps but is not marked as a Hoofer--I believe it is a very early model of the Hoofer.  All the zippers work.  It could use a good cleaning but it is probably better left "as is" (which is not bad.)  There are a couple stains and snags in the material

The bottom is stamped with "anti-skid remove for drain," "covered by one or more of the following patents," (and below that it lists many different countries as seen in the pictures), Also Ping man logo is stamped as well as Karsten.  A very cool early Ping bag.
