Very rare Richfield Plate Co. footed serving bowl with handle

Measures 8 1/4" round and 2 5/8" tall.  

With handle upright it measures 9" tall

Has etching inside 

Has some tarnish and will need to be cleaned

Minor scratches, but in very good and beautiful vintage condition
