1) WARRANTIES - Please read the details of all listings. Not all listings are the same. Some used items may also be sold AS-IS. Please review the details of each listing for more specific details on each item. In the event the return of an item is needed, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

2) COMBINED SHIPPING - We will combine shipping on multiple listings, however you will need to contact us within 24 hours of purchase and alert us of your intent to combine purchases. After receiving your email stating the items to combine, we will provide you with a shipping total. 

    3) FREIGHT SHIPPING - Once you have purchased the item, please contact me directly so we can arrange the details of the shipment. To ensure we meet your needs, I will coordinate the logistics for the freight pickup based on your location. Additionally, please let me know how quickly you need the item to be delivered, and I can work out the best shipping method for your timeline. Lastly, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the item, I will provide you with an accurate shipping quote. Once I have all the details, I will send you an invoice for the shipping cost. The item will not be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid in full.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns concerning shipping via freight! 

    4) FREIGHT LEAD TIME -  Please note that while your order will be carefully packed and ready for dispatch as soon as it is placed and fully paid for, the actual shipping or pickup time may vary. Due to the scheduling availability of our freight partner, the pickup could occur on the same business day or within 1-2 business days. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are committed to processing your order as promptly as possible.

  5) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -  To ship International, you must email us your shipping address and we will reply with shipping costs. Also, complete address, contact name and phone number is required. The decision to ship to any International location is not guaranteed and is decided on a per case basis. Payments for approved International buyers must be received within 48 hours after receipt of invoice. International shipments will usually not ship until after payment has cleared our bank. We reserve the right to ship to other countries on a per case basis! Current shipping displayed on auction is for US lower 48 states only. International shipping will be determined on an individual basis. 

      6) PAYMENT - All purchases must be paid for within 5 business days. If the seller is unable to pay for the item within 5 business days from the date of purchase, the order will be cancelled. We accept PayPal, or Cash for local pickups. We do NOT accept personal or business checks.

If anything about your transaction is not to your satisfaction, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback, inform us of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction in order to receive positive feedback.
