Returns

  Right of withdrawal

The customer will have a maximum period of ten (15) business days from the delivery of the product or the hiring of the service to withdraw, totally or partially, the purchase of the product and/or service, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Once the period of ten (15) business days is finished, Outlette will not accept returns due to the withdrawal of purchases of products or service cancellations.

In the case of the batteries they have 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. The semigel batteries- and gel are loaded with our facilities, the acid batteries will be personally loaded by the customer. Outlet will not take charge of the first leg or return of the misuse of the batteries or of the non-use of the battery. In the event that the user discharges the battery when the vehicleoutlete starts, it would not be responsible for the collection of the battery.

Outlette is not responsible for package for damaged transport. The claim will be made directly to the transport company.

Outside the 24 -hour deadlines, the transport company does not take care of it nor will the transaction of the operation carried out be returned.

Data necessary for the company to accept transport insurance:

•          Images of the damaged product together with the parts if necessary.

Return of the amount paid

In the event that the client will return the merchandise reimbursement in the client's account as a result of this return, it will be carried out within 7 days from the reception of the merchandise-

 The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were manifestly subject to use and without the original packaging-

The products must be correctly protected, in a perfect condition (not damaged or dirty by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Outlete.es in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

In the event that the return was not accepted by the supplier for understanding that the product whose return is intended to have been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days since its return.

The packages in which no attached element that allows the sender (ordering, name, address, ...) may not be returned.

The expenses and risks linked to the return of the product will be in charge of the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If Outelte.es wishes, it has a collection service to previous homes of the client.

The return of the products will result in a reimbursement equal to the purchase price of the product/s, without transport. All person who returns your product will receive an email informing you of the amount of your refund.
