The bag is new with tag in good condition.

Bag does have dust and fibers on it due to bad storage that needs to be cleaned. I dont know how to clean it without risking wetting it.

The Bag has the custom embroidery (zillow) on it.(see photos)

The only major mark I can find is the one shown in the last photo.
