I'd put this as new, but you can see from the photos that isn't in "new" condition.  It has never been mailed.  Coin/Token is in very nice shape.  Post card is 3.5" x 5.5", coin measures 1-3/8" in diameter.  Card has some creases here and there, with scuffing on the edges (probably all due to storage).  Please look at the photos to determine condition for yourself.
