Water Cooling
Water cooling tap is
equipped with this machine which can bring away the
heat produced during grinding & polishing process
and avoid damage to the metallographic structure of
specimen. |
Heat Emission Hole
The back of the
machine is designed with two heat emission holes,
which can discharge the heat generated in the
working process of the motor in time to ensure the
stable operation of the machine for a long time. |
Belt Drive
The machine adopts
belt drive, simple structure, convenient belt
replacement, smooth running, stable rotation speed,
low noise, pure copper motor to ensure grinding and
polishing effect. |

Back of the machine is

equipped with water inlet pipe and drainage pipe,

Support Pads
There are 4 rubber
support pads at the bottom of the machine, which are
anti-skid and wear-resistant, stable support, good
silence and buffer, to ensure the smooth operation
of the machine. |

- This polisher is
composed of the base, grinding disc, polishing disc, plastic
protection guard and the control panel. The left disc is for
grinding and the right one is for polishing. It is covered
with nice and utilitarian ABS cover and stainless steel
pieces. It features beautiful appearance, corrosion
prevention and anti-rust performance etc.
- 230mm grinding disc with groove design which can fix the
abrasive paper on it tightly. Suitable for 200mm abrasive
paper.
- Double disk table type polishing & grinding machine. Can
be operated by two people at the same time, respectively
grinding and polishing, greatly improve the work efficiency.
- The specimen surface is very smooth after processing and
can be used to observe and measure the metallography
structure of specimen under microscope.
- Small size, does not occupy space; Light weight, easy to
move; Smooth operation, almost noiseless. |

Returns & Exchanges

returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be
in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with
the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged
items, depending on the condition.

returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be
covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be
deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase
price will be charged.
