This is not an official "LEGO" product. This is a building block set that is an exact similar style to "Lego" items that most people are familiar with. This set has pieces that are also compatible with regular "Lego" bricks.
With this purchase you will get BOTH currently available Stray Building Sets, the Kitty Block Head Figure + Neon Alley Diorama.
SHIPPING = Items will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and placed in a box for shipping whenever possible, no envelopes or bags, to help guarantee the best possible quality during the shipping process. Items are usually packaged and shipped within 24 Hours of confirmed Ebay payment. You will receive a message once your item is packaged giving you an estimate of when the order will be given to the shipping carrier. TRACKING WILL ALWAYS BE PROVIDED HERE VIA EBAY! I never ship packages without tracking being provided.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY: Anytime a package being shipped in the USA has over $50 worth of merchandise inside, I pay extra to have the selected Carrier Service require a signature upon delivery. That is to protect your package from being left sitting out for hours unattended where it could go missing before you are able to pick it up. I will provide more information about the signature requirement and how to manage it after you have made the purchase.
If your package has less than $50 worth of merchandise, then no signature will be required, but if you would prefer to have a signature requirement added to your shipment to help protect your order from being left sitting out unattended, message me and I can add it to your order for an additional $5 Fee (that is what the Carrier Service charges me to require signature upon delivery).

RETURNS = FREE Returns must be within 30 Days of purchase, Item must be in exact same condition it was received (unopened if it was sent unopened), needs to be packaged carefully just like it was shipped with any protective items like bubble wrap and an appropriately sized box. Full Payment Refund ONLY approved once the item is delivered to me and I can evaluate it.
Any issues with returned item (not matching pictures, missing contents, excess damage) you will be notified and only partial refund MAY be sent, so it is recommend to send items back in exact same condition you received it. I strongly suggest taking pictures of your item and sending them to me in a message before shipping your return to help verify the condition so that any shipping damages or loss can be attributed properly to the shipping carrier service.
