We offer free returns on most items but please note buyer is responsible for return cost unless an incorrect item or Faulty item (described as working) has been sent please be aware that items that are not the same as sent out will NOT be refunded, items where buyer has "changed their mind", "item does not fit" or "just doesn't like it" will be subject to a 50% refund.

Returns for "Parts not working" items if stated as not working will only be refunded 50% of item cost

Used clothing may need a thorough clean and returns will only be refunded at 50%. We use security tags/markings on all our products including clothing, tech etc and please note colours may be slightly different to the photos

Please note that ticket printers sold by us will NOT be shipped with any tickets blank or otherwise

For international shipping

Large items like printers can only go GSP or by quote, any heavy/large item purchased with non GSP international shipping maybe cancelled due to weight/cost limitations. Buyers may also be subject to customs/import charges. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask

For Domestic Shipping

I use a variety of couriers and the item may not be shipped with the courier on the listing, if you have a preference please do let me know prior to ordering
