This is an adorable Honeycomb Tissue Christmas Santa. It is an 11" stand up decoration probably from the 60s or 70s. It is still in an unopened package. 

It is a standing Santa with outspread arms and a squinty expression on his face. Almost a little creepy! This was made in Japan for 'Eureka' and has a product number 98015 on the corner.
