TERMS OF PURCHASE (Read before purchasing)

COVER IMAGES

The cover images used for each listing are direct from the supplier at the time of the listing going live and are subject to change before the book is printed and released please bare this in mind when ordering to order by the issue number not the cover image.

Some cover images are not complete at the time of pre release and may not state the title and number of the comic this does not mean you have ordered a Virgin cover the listing title will state Virgin, Trade, Foil etc.

SHIPPING

Preorder books are usually shipped 1-2 days before the stated release date but in some instances they are shipped on the day of release due to hold ups with shipments from suppliers. eBays delivery date is only an estimate as I have to put preorder listings as longer delivery dates as otherwise eBay mark the dispatch overdue when the book hasnt even been released.

Items are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr service and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the posting date, if the item does not arrive within this time frame no action can be taken until after 14 days of the posting date as this is Royal Mails accepted time frame before they will declare an item lost.

CANCELLATIONS

There are strictly NO cancellations on Preorder books as this causes large unnecessary orders being placed to suppliers.

RETURNS

Returns on both preorders and in stock items are at the sellers discretion and will only be accepted if the item is received back in the original condition and packaging sold in. (Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer)

CONDITION

I will always do my best to ship out the best condition books but in some cases books may have flaws that are industry accepted flaws and still classed as new. I can not guarantee if graded books will grade a high desirable grade.

DAMAGES 

Unfortunately Damages during shipping DO happen, in the instance your parcel is damaged during shipping I will not be held accountable for this as its out of my control once handed over to the shipping service however I will ask you to return the item(s) and a full refund will be issued upon return.
