You are looking at a OEM W201 190e MB-Tex seat covers, 1 Upper cover in Parchment color. This cover came out from 1992 Mercedes 190e W201, it will fit all W201 190e 2.3 2.6 from 1989 to 1993 sedans. It is used but in good condition (see pics.). There are no tears on the inside where are the wires, it's ready for the seat frame.
