New old stock.  Updated version of baby book first published by the Chicago Lying-in Hospital in 1928.  This item is the 1963 version and has not been used at all.  Some hospitals did the hand prints and feet prints for the parents but image #8 shows that page is still unused in this book.  Image #5 shows the only writing that was done in this book and it looks to be a list of nurses and aides from the hospital this came from which Image #4 shows as Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro, Illinois.  The box, unfortunately, has broken corners which are shown in Images #10-13 and there are some surface marks and discoloration on the front and back covers which are shown in Images #14-17.  The pages are in beautiful condition and not only documents memories and milestones, but also physical and mental development as well as health and medical records for the first 7 years.  Image #7 shows a list of contents covered in the book. The book itself measures 9" x 12".
