This is a new old stock replacement from Fidelitone

In this case, it is an actual Sure part M33

The original packing foam inside of this cartridge was very deteriorated. I have removed that foam and replaced it. I’ve cleaned off the foam particulates from the cartridge.

The Fidelitone part number is A-612d
