Tetrisphere game for Nintendo 64.

The game is complete and includes a good to very good condition box, insert, leaflet and manual as well as the game cartridge.

The lid, tabs, edges and corners of the box have some slight wear. There is some creasing on the front of the box. The front and back cover of the manual has some slight wear. There is a small tear to the bottom of the front cover. The cart is in very good condition. The insert tray is a replacement.
