Free delivery is to mainland England, Wales & central Scotland only. Delivery to other areas can be arranged at an extra cost.

Small items are normally sent by a 2–3 day courier, unless stated.

MEDIUM ITEMS

e.g. vanity units, shower trays, toilets

Normal delivery is sent within 3-5 days** and is on a pallet to the nearest roadside only. The pallet will be left with you to dispose of.

LARGE ITEMS

e.g. bathroom suites, shower cubicles, baths

Normal delivery is sent within 3-5 days** and is on a pallet to the nearest roadside only. The pallet will be left with you to dispose of. Whirlpool baths are made to order, so may take up to 10 days to deliver.

*We may charge a delivery fee for large, heavy items.

**Please note Medium-Large items cannot be delivered until the delivery day is confirmed with the courier.
