The MIYABI sharpener is suitable for knives with non-serrated blades and meets Japan's domestic inspection standards. Dimensions: 21.2×3.5×6.2cm. Material: ABS resin, polycarbonate cap, stainless logo, diamond and ceramic rollers. Country of origin: Japan.


Precautions: The sharpener is not suitable for serrated or specially processed blades and supports hardness levels above HRC60. It's not dishwasher safe. The sharpener is designed for restoring sharpness to high hardness stainless steel knives that have been previously honed with a whetstone.
