This Sweet Dough Arm was manufactured by Dough Wright Co. LLC and was designed to fit the Hobart N50 commercial 5 quart mixers. It is made of stainless steel and will last a life time. Matte finish for superior dough handling characteristics, dishwasher safe but hand wash preferred. Dough Wright part number SDA1. This sweet dough arm will also work on the vintage KitchenAid Model G, 5 quart stand mixers. It will not fit any other model mixer. If you are unsure about fit with your mixer, ask questions before buying as there are no returns.
Sweet Dough Arm is heavy and weighs approximately 14 ounces, very durable and well made.
