Beautiful Cross pendant / enhancer or Brooch pin by designer Dian Malouf. It has a hook type bail. It is beautiful I am not sure what the gemstone is but it is faceted and catches the light beautifully. I love that this is a 2 in 1 piece. It is marked "950 DLM" it looks like there is also a "K" on the hallmark underneath the copyright but I am not sure. This is a really nice designer piece of jewelry.
