VINTAGE TOBY MUGS

• Winking man with a cigar, wearing a dark blue hat and a dark blue base

Mugs were made in Occupied Japan and are in excellent condition.  They are the miniature figurines, measuring about 2-1/4" tall and 1-1/2" diameter.
