Lens is 7 3/4" long when extended.

Untested. No fungus

Has a Midori 55mmm Skylight 1A made in Japan

Has a lens cap but no body cap. It has been protected by the case and by plastic bag.

It has a screw mount, but I do not know what camera it will fit.
