Constructed
out of stainless steel, with welded double walls, you can trust that this

top-mounted, has an element that is protected by a coiled incoloy-sheath. Hot
air is circulated throughout the cabinet so that all of the chips are kept
warm. The wrap-around one-inch thick high density insulation insures that the
CW2-32 is incredibly efficient and ultimately saves energy. You can set the
temperature up to 190 °F, so chips are warm and delicious when they hit
customers’ tables. The door has a hinged front for easy loading, even working
as a ramp of sorts. When fetching chips, you can put on a catch ledge to hold
baskets. A crumb drawer sits at the bottom and slides out to make cleaning
