Chrome Hearts frames have many different models, please note your nose pads socket type, this is for the Screw-In type.

2. Overall Length is about 17 mm, the width is about 8 mm.

Please check whether your frame nose pad holder is the same shape. 

These are easy to install with just a small screwdriver!
