Vintage Gunne Sax Jessica McClintock GIRLS Prairie Style Long Sleeve White Button Up Blouse.  Guaranteed to be from around 1979 as it was my shirt as a child.  Lace accents around collar, sleeves, and front.  The tag is missing, so I am guessing that this is around a size 7 based on my age.  Measurements are 14" across chest, 18" length from shoulder seam to bottom, sleeve length is 18 1/2".  Nice bright white color--this has been stored in a cedar chest for 40+ years.  It is far past time for someone else to enjoy it!  There are no rips, tears, or holes.
