Given its age, the little marks on it, I think are minor in comparison to the others on here! But still make certain to check it out since that’s what pics are for- and why I did them from all sides.

Also, I don’t wash anything as I know some people prefer to do things themselves.

I just did a topical wipe down with a dry cloth.

Obviously due to it being a collectible item- we can’t do returns- which means to make sure to see the pics as they are part of its description!

It seems to be a really cool nostalgic item, with the latch working Perfectly.

I got this in a collectible trade that I did with someone and all of the things appeared to be very well taken care of. But that’s all I really know about this item.

Seems it’d make a cool addition to any Dr. Suess fan!

Don’t lose out as these aren’t in abundance out there- at least not in the shape that this one seems to be in!!!

Even if you don’t purchase this one, make sure there isn’t significant amount of rust on whichever one you are interested in, as tetanus is REAL. A little, is normal on some of these, but a lot can be dangerous.

Also…make sure that the latch works!

📦shipping & ‘fine print’. First and foremost, I pack things as secure as possible interior, BUT…I make them as ugly exteriorly as possible, after so many of my really nice packaging kept getting opened and items stolen. Since shipping them “looking” horrible, some 8yrs now…I’ve had ZERO packages opened. lol.

Most of the time, I ship the same day payment is received...if early enough. I have the additional (‘2day’) ship-time listed primarily as a default since I’m not close to any larger shipping facilities and sometimes have to travel quite far to them.

Items ship in original packaging (if possible) and most economically despite what may be listed- or…unless otherwise noted by buyer, in which case additional fees may apply in relation to whatever extra they want. If an expedited way only cost a few more dollars…’typically’(90% of the time) I will kick in the extra few bucks. I also tend to try to ship whichever way (shipping co) that it shows is quickest.

Clean, Nonsmoking environment.

We ship to the lower 48 ONLY- despite what Ebay’s form may state- since they change it often. HOWEVER…hit me up and depending on the item, I “MAY” be able to still ship, depending on what extra it takes!

Also, as with all of our items that are vintage, new, like new, or stated such condition- there are NO refunds since I am not a business...I am just a single mom 🤖trying to pay off all of the debt accrued from raising kids by myself (myself only- not an ounce of help). However, IF you should have an issue, such a legit defect…please just contact me immediately instead of eBay, and I’m most certain I’ll be able to fix the situation! 🙂

I also record AND take additional pics of most all of my items prior to selling, in case there is ever a ‘claimed’ issue that someone is trying to get away with. I only sell things that are either in new, like new condition, or are so old they are considered vintage or a collectible. Whatever they may be, I describe them as they are, plus…again, take MANY pics &RECORD it all to assure no issues later.

I will pay the extra shipping insurance on items over $100, and if purchased at FULL price. If not…I will always recommend buyer to purchase additional insurance…and contact me ahead of time to add it to total.

I always take the packaging material, with the ITEM TO the SHIPPING CO. & then have THEM PACK-to-ship it- so it is to “THEIR standards”. That way nobody can make a claim that “I” did not pack it appropriately enough!

Again, please understand I am just selling everything so I can pay off my debts. So if you may be one who tends to return items, please purchase from those who have a refund policy…since I can not afford it and is the WHOLE reason why I try to price my stuff the lowest (at Time of listing at least)…

so I can move stuff more quickly.

I also try to find people who are selling lots of rare items since idk why but really appreciate rare items, and will trade them with a lot from any of the 7 peoples belongings, which are stored at my home that I have to sell, so I can move.

So I have lots of great treasures to list eventually! Most all of them are super cool tho!
