Attention
1. Keep hands, clothing and tools away from moving parts while the machine is in operation.

2. Place the machine on the horizontal and stable workbench in the clean and dry environment.

3. The machine can be started only after the water tank is filled with the appropriate amount of water.

4. The water in the water tank needs to be replaced once a week. If the water is polluted seriously or utilized frequently, the time of water replacement can be shortened, and the ultimate goal is to keep the water in the water tank clean.

5. When the machine is not used in a long time, please drain the water out of the water tank, clean the machine and place it in a clean and ventilated place.

The circulating water vacuum pump is compact in structure, has multiple purposes, can fulfill the functions of vacuum pumping, water circulation in the water tank and supply of cooling water, and has the wider application range. 　 The double-meter double-tap design is adopted, the pumping operation can be conducted separately or simultaneously, multiple experiment demands can be met, and the efficiency of experiments can be greatly improved.
 
The double stainless steel pressure gauges are simple in structure and resistant to shock and magnetism, have high strength, high reliability and high response speed, and can display the pressure of the corresponding pumping tap in real time clearly and visibly. 　 The turbine culvert structure is adopted inside the circulating water vacuum pump, the high vacuum and powerful suction can be achieved, water can flow through the culvert structure quickly, and the flow rate can be higher.
 
The copper check valve is arranged in the circulating water vacuum pump, inverted suction can be effectively avoided, the perfect vacuum can be well ensured, and the service life can be effectively prolonged. 　 The AC high-quality motor is used to provide the powerful driving force, the power is 180W, the heat dissipation effect is good, and the motor has high reliability, adaptability and energy efficiency and low maintenance cost.

Operation Method
1. Take out the machine and place it on the workbench.

2. Connect the taps of the water tank with the corresponding pipes as needed, and connect the pumping pipe to the pumping outlet.

3. Open the cover and pour the appropriate amount of clean cool water to the water tank.

4. Connect the power cord to the power supply.

5. Turn on the main switch to start the machine.

6. Observe the pressure state in real time.

7. Turn off the main switch and unplug the machine after finishing the operation.

This machine can be used for providing the vacuum condition for the processes of evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration, decompression, degassing and so on, and is particularly suitable for labs and small-scale tests of different industries such as universities and colleges, scientific research institutions, chemical industry, biochemistry, foodstuff, pesticide, agricultural engineering and biological engineering.
