0-Hours on hard drives means the hard drives are never installed/used in a system and is brand new with No hour usage on them.

We do not ship to Russia because of Russian Custom restrictions.

We do not ship to P.O BOX, APO/FPO addresses.
We ship worldwide, if you want shipping quotes please provide your complete address, item description and quantity of the item and we will reply shipping quotes through DHL Express. Local Taxes and Custom Duties are buyer responsibility.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment and tracking number will either email or update on your ebay/ Paypal transaction page. We ship Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not ship items on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

For international buyers, We will not send items as gift or put custom value as 0. All our international orders will have full insurance and full declared value.

Buyer must obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the item back to us. RMA number must be printed on the box for correct processing of returns.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If the item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimberse the payment.
Item must be shipping within 10 business days after issuing the RMA number through FEDEX/UPS with full insurance. Item must have its original packing intact in case of Factory sealed or New items. For refurbished item, items must be packed with proper packing material to avoid any physical damage to the item while in the shipment.
All our products comes with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated. All non-defective or non-compatible returned items are entitled to 20% restocking fee.
