The printer visual condition seems good, however there is some sort of an issue with the printer head.

Printer will not print due to printer not being able to communicate with the color cartridge. Error shows (see pictures) cartridge is bad or damaged, but problem seems to be with the printer head as it was tested with brand new printer cartridge. Please take this in consideration, the printer is being sold for parts / AS IS!
