Offered is the three-ring binder cookbook "Culinary Delights from the Centennial Class-US Army War College Class of 2002", published in Kearney, Nebraska by the Morris Press. This collection of recipes by the Officers' Spouses' Club at the Carlisle Barracks, Pa. campus has a 2002 copyright date and appears to be a first edition. In addition to several other illustrations there are black and white illustrations of various places on campus serving as the recipe section dividers (see photos). This is a rare find; at the time of original listing I could not find any other copies of this book for sale on eBay.

The book is approx. 9 1/4" x 7" and contains 196 pages. It is in very good to excellent condition. The hard vinyl-coated picture cover has no wear. The inside of both front and back are mostly clean, with just a few small marks. The three-ring binder metal is still shiny, with no corrosion, and the rings open and close well. I see no missing or torn pages and all the pages are clean. I see no writing in the book.

I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions. I will do my best to answer them!

Please take a moment to look at some of the other items in my eBay store!
