Postal Commemorative society binder US first day covers and special cover stamp book.  Covering 1977-1979. Entire binder is filled with personalized envelopes with the stamp except it is missing 1 envelope (Benjamin Banneker). Pages inside binder are in great condition (not graded) however leather cover has damage to it and is slightly sticky. I tried to take pictures from various angles to show the wear. Blue piece is covering name of original recipient. Binder and each is personalized with their name.
