Do you like the idea of using vintage book pages in your paper craft projects or junk journals but don't have the time to scour charity shops to find them? This pack takes the leg work out of the process, as I have taken the time to source them for you. Also many charity shops these days are sending all but the most popular paperbacks for pulping, and so it is getting harder and harder to find suitable old books.
These are packs of mixed size vintage book pages from the Victorian and Edwardian periods up to and including the 1980s. Please note the photograph is of an example pack, and you will receive a pack made up of different papers to the ones in the photo.
Minimum number of pages = 55
The pack will have a range of different page sizes from approximately A4 size down to small paperback size (7 x 4 inches or less), with the majority of pages falling in between these sizes. The pages included will have a variety of colours, thicknesses and textures to give you a wide range of creative paper craft options.
The pack will include pages from a range of different books, for example: encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, novels, children's books, technical books, cookery and handicraft books, botanical/animal books, foreign language books, song books, music sheets etc. Some of the pages are illustrated, some black and white, and some in colour.
I guarantee that the pack will include a wide variety of pages from at least 20 different books rather than large torn out sections from a small number of books.
All papers are GENUINE vintage pages which have been torn - or in some cases cut - from original books and other publications. As a result they will have rough edges, bent corners, staining, minor tears, foxing, yellowing and other imperfections which simply add to their antique charm!! The colours of the pages used may range from ivory, cream, beige - all the way through to tan.
The pack can be used for various paper craft projects such as art journaling, mixed media work, junk journaling, decoupage, scrap-booking, card making, origami - the possibilities are endless! It would make a great gift for a craft loving friend or family member. Your pack will be packaged in a sealable cellophane bag and sent in a brown "please do not bend" cardboard reinforced envelope.
