On the locking side (right in the direction of travel), the originally supplied/installed locking cap is replaced by the locking reinforcement. Both supplied screws + nuts are used to clamp the hand-turn lock for precise adjustment on the main frame. By pushing the hand part forward (recesses marked with a line -> for position finding) and rotating it by ~45°, a precise connection between the main frame and the steering wheel frame is established (no further readjustment necessary!), which is robustly fixed both in the up/down direction and in the forward/backward direction.
On the left in the direction of travel (swivel joint), 2 matched outer & inner cylinders (with a special geometric shape for pre-tensioning in the up/down direction) serve as additional reinforcement in the vertical direction. The outer cylinder is screwed onto the main frame, while the inner cylinder is screwed onto the steering wheel frame in a clamping manner (see illustration). The swivel function (when folding the Playseat) is still possible with this modification. Again, no further readjustment is necessary here either.
