Easy Installation on the Pedal Frame Tube:
Before installation, you'll need to trim the foam on the tube frame in the area where you want to position the pedal risers (approx. 4cm on each side; see illustration).
The necessary screws and nuts for assembly are included.
The connection is made using 4 screws (2 per side) from above, clamping the upper mount block (with round cutouts for screws) and the lower main body (with hexagonal cutouts for nuts) together around the frame tube.
Quality & Fit:
The pedal riser mounts are precisely 3D-printed (FDM process) and accurately adapted to the dimensions of the Playseat pedal frame. The folding function of the Playseat Challenge remains fully functional after installation.
The combination of a robust design and PETG as the material choice ensures high stability and excellent break resistance. [Made in Germany :-)]
Nevertheless, if using a cordless screwdriver during assembly, it's recommended to exercise caution and perform the installation at a low torque setting if possible.
