Wild asian styled geometric pattern Doncaster Vintage dress/robe - 70s or 80s

This is Doncaster dress or robe or loungewear item - Doncaster was a high end, invitation only, trunk sale clothing line that produced and sold very good quality clothes and would limit the items so that ladies would not show up in the same town at the same party with the same dress. 

This one appears to be in excellent condition. It buttons down the front and has a sash/belt. The cuffs have a button also.
