This is a really neat toy, made by Matchbox for the MBX Metal series. It's marked as a 2007 piece. It measures roughly 2.5 inches long.

It is still sealed on the card but unfortunately the packaging has some wear to it from age and storage. There's some scuffing and light wear to the plastic bubble. The card is curled. The top right corner is scuffed some and there's some general wear to the edges and corners. The pictures should give you a good idea of the condition.
