These impossible to find fuel tap filters are for Suzuki fuel taps as fitted to the following bikes...

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ORIGINAL TYPE TAP AND HAVE MEASURED YOUR SIZES PLUS READ THE WHOLE LISTING

These filters are the best available and are suitable for fitting OVER the brass petrol pipe and inside the tap casting on the original OEM type petrol taps.

NOTE.. Some AP50 tanks have a SLOT and others have drilled holes.

If you have a tank with drilled holes then these filters MAY NOT fit through the holes. Please do not buy these!

You are buying 2 two filters to suit both the brass tube and the casting.

The fuel tap belongs to a customer and is not included in the sale 😁

NOTE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE..

* 5.0 mm FITS OVER THE brass tube

* 6.4 mm FITS INSIDE THE fuel tap casting

These filters are a good tight fit inside the tube and inside the tap casting.

If the filters do not push straight on... Warm the end of the plastic filter up in boiling water to push these filters inside the casting or onto the tube.

*** DO NOT use heat guns on these filters.***

NOTE CAREFULLY...

*You may need to slightly reduce the outside diameter of the casting filter using sandpaper. This will depend on how much corrosion there is on your tap casting AND whether you remove material when you clean it up!

Filters will fit perfectly and tightly inside, often without being sanded and depending on the amount of corrosion or wear or how well you've cleaned out the hole in your tap casting-which removes metal.

Note --- We also have filters in other sizes for other taps too. Please message us with the size of the hole in your casting and the brass tube (measure very accurately please with calipers)
