Baby Phyllis Stamped on the back of the neck with a few number I can't read, possibly 104?

Vintage rare black baby doll, looks to have glass eyes, not sure if they are supposed to roll back or if they are just no longer glued in place, they will need to be reset or the mechanism that allows the eyes to roll needs to be fixed.

Baby doll comes in  a long oversized nightgown or dress, it's a tan brown color, possibly could've been white at some point in it's life, little square designs on the dress.

The dolls body is a hard cardboard material, wrapped in fabric. The legs are fabric wrapped over filling, and so are the arms, but the hands are what looks like plastic

The head appears to be ceramic or something similar

Doll from top of the head to bottom of the gown is 13in, and around 11 inches at the widest part of the bottom of the dress

Head is in the sewn pocket, but is supposed to be strung on the side as pictured to make sure it stays in place and can be removed or fall out currentl. That head holding string has come undone and will need to be re-sewn on to ensure it stays in place and doesn't fall out of the fabric pocket
