GI-39B ГИ-39Б soviet Pulse Power Triode Tube

Pulsed generator triode GI-39B (ГИ-39Б) in metal-ceramic design with heated cathode and forced air cooling for operation in the decimeter wave range.

It is designed to generate and amplify high-frequency oscillations in the frequency range from 500 to 1200 MHz with an output power in a pulse of up to 128 kW with anode modulation.

The GI-39B (ГИ-39Б) triode is used for operation in special-purpose radio equipment. 

It is available in a metal-ceramic design with cylindrical cathode, heater and mesh leads.

Forced cooling: 

- anode - air not less than 30 m3/h; 

- cathode leads - air - not less than 3 m3/h. 

Overall dimensions of the GI-39B triode: 

- lamp height - not more than 147 mm; 

- lamp diameter - no more than 100 mm. 

Service life is at least 500 hours.
