K73-17 (CL21, X2) film capacitors are polyethylene-terephthalate metallized capacitors of constant capacity, accumulate a charge from 0.001 μF to 4.7 μF at a voltage of 63V to 630V. The permissible deviation of the capacity is ± 5%, ± 10%, ± 20%. Designed for operation in direct current, alternating or pulsating current circuits. Capacitors of the CL21 and X2 series are analogues of the presented K73-17 capacitors. The presented capacitors differ in a non-inductive design using polyester as a dielectric and its ability to self-repair during breakdown. The capacitor is a pupated corpus rectangle, filled with an insulating and thermoactive epoxy shell - compound. Flexible wire leads are unidirectional and are located on opposite sides of the bottom of the rectangle. Capacitors are mounted on a printed circuit board for the outputs using group soldering or a soldering iron. The increased working temperature of the medium is not more than + 125 ° C, the working reduced temperature is not lower than -60 ° C. The maximum loss tangent tanδ does not exceed 0.008, and the maximum leakage current is 3 μA. The operating time is at least 10,000 hours. Film capacitors K73-17 are resistant to vibration loads in the frequency range 1-80 Hz with acceleration up to 5g and mechanical shocks of a single (acceleration up to 1000g) or multiple (acceleration up to 40g) action. The minimum value of the insulation resistance of the output-case type is 30,000 MΩ, and the insulation resistance of the output-output type is at least 12,000 MΩ. K73-17 low-voltage capacitors are used in low-pass filtering devices, automated systems with a high temperature range, noise canceling devices, communication equipment and various electronic equipment.
