This book is a history of homes, churches, businesses, schools, and residents of East Main Street in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, from its earliest days. The book was thoroughly researched and well-written by Charles B. Arnette, an avid local historian who used his successful businesses to fund his two main passions: historic research and travel. He SIGNED this copy on the title page. He did not inscribe it to anyone, so it will make a great gift. 

Published in 2006, the book is black hardcover with gold lettering, 272 pages with 10 chapters, many B&W photos, and an index. Both the book and the DJ are in Like New condition and will be carefully packaged to insure safe shipping. Sent with the book is one page of additional information about Arnette.
