For Standard Hose Die Set

Purple Set– #6 (5/16”)

Red Set – #8 (13/32”)

Yellow Set – #10 (1/2”)

For Reduceds Barrier Die Set

Black Set – #6SRB (5/16”)

Purple - #8SRB/ #6 (13/32")

Package Content:

1. Cutting The Hose. Take the hose and cut to the right length.

2. Remove the pin. Remove pin and loosen the handle till you can "Open" top yoke

3. Slect correct dies. Select the correct die set for the AC hose.(refer to back page for description)

4. Insert dies. Insert the dies into a joke tightly.

5. Turn body clockwise. Turn Body of tool clockwise until dies are snug against hose fitting

6. Crimping the hose. Pump handle to crimp fitting onto hose .continue pumping until handle comes to a stop.

7. Release the handle. Turn the hydraulic valve to the OPEN position

8. After Crimping. 6 segmented crimp, and produces a factory quality crimp.
