These are new and have never been used, only opened to photograph. The original box and packaging are not included. These network taps do not come with ethernet cables but those can be purchased anywhere or you can use cables you already have. You will also need a ethernet crossover cable for the tap which can be found anywhere including Amazon. 

All of these instructions, wire diagrams, and setup pictures can be found in the included device manuals.
