Vintage Anri Italy "Yearly Checkup" Nurse 1-3/4" Wood Sculpture by Sarah Kay with Base and Dome.
Sculpture is marked Sarah Kay Anri on the base.
Base is marked with the Anri button and a sticker marked Italy.  The original price tag from the Hummel Gift Shop is on the base.  The dome is unmarked.
Sculpture measures approx. 1-3/4" tall.  Base and Globe measures approx. 2-3/4" tall, 1-5/8" diameter.

Condition: Estate find.  There are no cracks, chips or breaks on the sculpture.  Normal wear from display.  The dome has some tape residue on it.  Original price tag on base.  Please view photos as they are part of the condition.  Thank you.
