- Rosemary Oleoresin Extract Powder (20% Carnosic Acid) Rosmarinus Officinalis - Oil Soluble
- Rosemary Oleoresin Extract Powder is extracted from Rosmarinus Officianalis plant, is standardized to contain 20% Carnosic Acid.
- It is an oil-soluble, natural extract used to retard rancidity in natural oils and also used on skin to fight free radical damage and improve the appearance of aging skin and hair, and for general wellness.
- Rosemary extract's potent antioxidant properties are attributed in large part to Carnosic acid and Rosmarinic acid, its major naturally occurring constituents. Additionally, it contains Rosmaridiphenol, Carnosol, Rosmanol, and Rosmaridiquinone.
- Rosemary Oleoresin Extract is added to cosmetic formulations as a mild natural preservative, antioxidant, and anti-aging component.
Directions:
Intended for topical/cosmetic application only. Not intended for internal consumption. Pre-dilute in small amount of carrier oil and add up to 5% into creams, lotions, massage oils, or mix with a favorite moisturizer before application for added antioxidant and antiaging activity on skin. As with any antioxidant, to be effective, Rosemary Oleoresin Extract must be added to oils when they are fresh, before oxidation has started, and must be thoroughly dispersed in the oil.
