Attention Dropshippers - Please note that our business model (and tax classification) is designed for direct-to-consumer sales rather than wholesale distribution. As part of our standard shipping procedure, all packages include official documentation, marketing materials and eBay branded packaging. We find that maintaining this direct line of communication with the end-user provides the most reliable experience for both the buyer and the seller.
International Shipping Policy
We strongly recommend using the eBay International Shipping Program to ensure the highest level of buyer protection. Please be advised that utilizing third-party freight forwarding services may void certain protections provided by eBay.
Our liability and insurance coverage conclude upon successful delivery to the domestic address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any damages, loss, or defects that occur after the package has been exported via a third-party service. Furthermore, we cannot facilitate international returns for items sent through forwarders, and we do NOT offer partial refunds.
