From pattern: Junior petites and misses dress in three lengths. Young contemporary fashion. The dress with front tucks and back zipper has a stand-up collar, set in sleeves and optional button trim. Mini-length V.1 has self fabric tie ends. V.1 & 2 have long sleeves gathered to snap fastened cuffs. Two inches below mid-knee length V. 2 has crochet lace insertion trim. Maxi-length V.3 with lace edging trim has short sleeves gathered to sleeve bands.

Cut and complete with instructions sheet. Envelope shows very minimal creasing around edges and at corners. Stamped on front.
