| Alps MD Compatible Spot Color Ink Printer Cartridge-Lime Green ZK-MDC-LMM1 1-ea SPOT-COLOR INSTRUCTIONS 1. Bar-code of spot color inks are No.0,
which is same as Black ink (MDC-FLCK, MDC-FLK3). In other words, MD printers
recognize the Spot Color ink as Black ink. Note:
Spot-Colors are unable to be printed on decal paper sharp and clearly at 600dpi
and 2400dpi Black printing. 2. In order to set-up 1200dpi printing
follow the directions below, to print with good resolution: Printer

1200 dpi Please note
that [Paper Source (Automatic Feed or Manual Feed)] should be the same as the
printing of other inks. You can manually select it at Paper tab. Do not use
“Stop Curl” process for decal printing. Under
Printing Properties, check 'Print On Backside'. Check “paper curl” to turn-off.
'Print On Backside' also turns off “paper curl” as well. To print
with the best resolution on decal paper, re-label bar-code to one of the
Metallic colors, such as Metallic Gold MDC-METG, Metallic Silver MDC-METS,
Metallic Red MLC-SMTR or Metallic Blue MLC-SMTB, so you can print the Lime Green on the decal paper clearly. Please note:
Bar-code labels from used ink cartridges should be attached firmly using double
faced adhesive tape. 3.
Overprinting works only when the Spot-Color Inks are used over other ink such
as Cyan MDC-FLCC, Magenta MDC-FLCM and Yellow MDC-FLCY. Do not attempt to print
over Spot Color Inks as other ink will not adhere correctly. 4. Same as
original Alps inks, there is no problem with clear lacquer finish, water-base
clear and urethane coating.
