• Has a serial number on the back of the pen top.
• On the back of the pen's clip reads "Germany <Marlene Dietrich Signature> Metal"
  
• Has a Montblanc emblem on the top of the pen.

• There are no deep scratches or noticeable flaws anywhere on the pen.
• There is a little wear around the metal ring that separates the top twist mechanism from the bottom pen, however I cannot stress that it is such little wear that the only reason why I mentioning it is to be overly cautious.
• The pen groove in the original box has a small dot of ink where the ballpoint pen extends (this can be seen in pictures).
• Doesn't come with original Montblanc-informational pamphlet.
• Light wear on box from storage.
